All informations are stored safely and only available to trusted employees at Bisgaard & Nielsen. During electronic payment a safe and cryptated method is used through our webshop system.
The shop system uses so-called cookies to contol the content. A cookie is a designation for a file saved on your own computer. It is also possible to ask the system to safe your address etc. until your next visit. Do you at any point wish to delete these informations, this can be done through your browser settings. In Internet Explorer this is done through the manu "Functions" ("Internet settings").
During your purchase you will be asked for your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. These informations are only used in the management of your order. The informations are transmitted and stored electronically in an uncryptated form and saved for 5 years. We also register IP addresses where from purchases are done. These informations are rarely used, but can be used in a police investigation. All false orders will be reported to the police.
